i had to take care of etro a while because my friend wasn't around for a while
and i kinda forced tiny athena on him after he got back lol she's just too cute

nah it was back in february-march he was in hospital a bit

I'm sure he's glad to be out and about again, too. I can't say I've ever met a hospital that I WASN'T happy to get out of as soon as I could.

But the two of you must be close, if you took up the charge of looking after his cat. Have you known each other for a long time?

hospitals aren't super fun

i guess he's my best friend? i met him earlier this year
we just hit it off

i was his delivery guy for food most nights
one day we just played video games together after i delivered his food
and the rest is history

You do have the whole month, still. But time's a-ticking, so you shouldn't delay.

But you're not the only one in that boat. I was telling your brother earlier that historically, my choice in costumes hasn't always been met with great success, so I'm still working on one for this year, myself.

Relatively obscure literary characters, usually. So it's not as though I don't realize why they're generally unsuccessful.

Oh, I told him I'd go with him to any Halloween-related events he might end up going to. Things like that sometimes go over more smoothly when you know in advance you'll have someone to talk to while you're there.

We went bowling, which I believe became defined as a date retroactively.

Exclusivity hasn't been discussed. It's more of a "we go on dates sometimes" sort of situation right now, I think.
